Updated about My Schooling
As I mentioned in the September report, I have been taking three online classes at Asbury Seminary. I take classes not only for my education but also to maintain my student status in the US. I just wanted to let you know the reason why I am in school again.
Ministry in Baltimore
I am still serving as an assistant to the Pastor and preaching once in a while. I have been teaching the youth group Sunday school since July of this year. It has been great for me to be with the youth group. I also got a chance to speak at our harvest festival was on October 9, 2021. Myanmar community leaders in Baltimore invited me as the main speaker. It was an opportunity to connect with many people that I did not know.
Being involved in church ministries and my assignments from Asbury, I could not do much home visitation this month. But I am always trying to connect with the unbelievers from Myanmar who lives in Baltimore.
My church gave me a chance to preach on Pastor Appreciation Day on October 10, 2021. I am so grateful for their love and the opportunity to deliver the Gospel message to God's people.
About My family in Myanmar and Myanmar People
I got to talk with my mom twice a week. They are doing well, but they are afraid of the military coup. Thank you very much for praying for my family.
A lot of things still happened in Myanmar, especially in Chin State place where I grew up. The military coup sent many armies to Chin State a few days ago. We do not know why they sent many soldiers to our areas. People are fleeing to India because they are afraid of the army. We need your prayer for especially for the Chin people in Myanmar.
